I spoke with Teri who helped me understand my dental benefits, assured me that my anxiety would be considered during the appointment and offered me a spot on their waiting list for new-client consultations. As soon as I got off the phone with her I felt like I had made the right choice. Bonus: I was able to get in quickly because she texted me anytime a spot opened. The staff was welcoming, friendly and didn't seem judge me at all for neglecting my dental care. Dr. Katya was professional but gentle and did a great job LISTENING to my concerns and addressing them in a way that I could understand and feel confident about. I have received fantastic follow-up care and my dental anxiety is almost gone after 3 visits as I finally feel that I'm in good hands.”
